We have three offices in the UK: the company's head office is in Reigate, Surrey with the main sales and claims handling offices in Manchester and Glasgow, so you can be sure you will only ever be talking to staff within a UK based Contact Centre.
Reigate - The Observatory
The Observatory is our head office and houses the Underwriting, Marketing, Finance, IT, Communications and Corporate Analysis departments. It also has the Customer Relations team.
